How it Works

At its most simple level, Bizagi modeler is a simple workflow and procedure management system that uses its simple interface to create procedural flow charts. However, once each step in the procedure has been added, each process can be turned into an automated form that links with other software such as personnel and accounting, communicates with key decision-makers via email and creates a cloud-based documentation trail. Once each form has been filled out correctly, the program can be set to run to fully automate the process. Bizagi links in with all company IT systems to become an integral part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Excellent Business Process Modeling

Bizagi Modeler goes beyond its brief as a simple modeling system; its ability to create automated procedural templates that can be run to execute each process makes it an excellent system. It is easy to use and demonstrates excellent value for money. However, it lacks the intelligence of some systems and struggles to incorporate compliance and governance guidelines into processes.
